Good sleek design, easy to use. Unfortunately, doesn't hold high temperatures for very long or as long as other similar products purchased from site. However, the size of the travel mug fits one mug of tea and shouldn't need to be kept hot for longer than an hour I would presume - but this is the feedback we have had back from those that have purchased from us in support of our charity.
